Mabel .E. began her love for food at a very early age watching her mother who was stocked to ethnical influenced basis of Edo cookery, make different meals. She started cooking as a kid.
After completing her Higher National Diploma at Nasaraw State Polytechnic, she further had a professional certificate in managenent.
Driven by passion and encouraged by her husband, she enrolled for a 2 years "Chef de Cuisine" at Liason College Hamilton Campus, receiving an Honors Diploma and graduating as the best in her class. She is happily married with 3 amazing kids.
One of the highlights of her career is owning and bakery and rendering culinary services to individuals and cooperativesas a whole. She is also a consultant in culinary and the owner of "Auma College of Culinary Arts".
Chef Mabel's primary focus has been modernist cuisin, with a reverence for classical, national cuisine and comfort food. She has an extensive cookbook collection that se constantly revisits in her never-ending search for exciting new and old recipes for her students to learn. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise in the culinary arts with her students.
